1. Dial *247# on your phone.
2. Select My bKash by typing 9.
3. Select Change PIN by typing 3.
4. Enter your current PIN number.
5. Enter a new 5-digit PIN number.
6. Confirm again with the new PIN number.
7. You will get a confirmation message on your phone and the new PIN will be set.

1. Open the bKash app on your phone.
2. Tap on the Profile icon.
3. Tap on Security.
4. Tap on Change PIN.
